Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Management:

  Develop, implement, and improve operational processes across teams.

• People & Team Coordination:

  Oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure team productivity.

• Efficiency Tracking:

  Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for optimisation.

• Problem Solving:

  Quickly resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Compliance & Policies:

  Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and safety protocols.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with leadership, HR, and project managers to align operations with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  2–5 years in operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.

• Good experience in using Excel/Google Sheets

  for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
• Ability to set up processes in a fast-growing, experimental environment.
• Bonus: Experience in startups, tech operations, or managing local centres.
