Job Description

The role at Forest Hills at Tala is for an Operations Manager at the luxury resort located in Tala Village, Raigad, Maharashtra. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the property. Your role will involve utilizing your strong leadership and management skills to lead the team effectively. Your experience in the hospitality industry will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations. Your excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the resort. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in interacting with both the staff and guests.
