Job profile for Operations Manager.

Tirth Hygiene Technology Pvt. Ltd. (An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company) is a distinguished manufacturer of a wide range of Road Sweeping Machine under brand name “CLEANLAND”. Founded in the year 2013 and situated at Nadiad (Gujarat, India), we have constructed a wide and well functional infrastructural unit that plays an important role in the growth of our firm.

Location: Nadiad, Gujarat

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our road sweeping machines deployed at client sites on hire. The ideal candidate should have relevant expertise in managing service workshops within the automobile, capital equipment, or equipment rental industries.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee the entire rental fleet operations, including handling and storage requirements.

Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies and procedures.

Streamline processes for equipment utilization, inventory management, and dispatch logistics.

Fleet Management

Monitor daily performance of road sweeping machine operators to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Coordinate with the fleet management team to address maintenance needs for machines across India.

Ensure proper staffing levels and plan for operator workloads to meet business demands.

Enforce company policies and oversee compensation actions.

Coordination

Collaborate with service and inventory teams to ensure equipment readiness and timely maintenance.

Address and resolve customer concerns while optimizing rental flow and transaction lifecycle.

Reporting

Analyze business reports to identify operational improvements in production, quality, and safety.

Prepare and review operational performance reports.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage the operations team.

Coach and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.

Ensure operational staff have the necessary tools, training, and support for their roles.

Billing and Invoicing

Oversee the creation and management of monthly invoices and client billing records.

Generate and distribute weekly/monthly billing metrics reports.

Assist customers with billing-related concerns and ensure accuracy in the invoicing process.

Required Skills

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of operational management, organizational effectiveness, and customer service standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and supervisory abilities.

Familiarity with industry standards for capital equipment or equipment rental businesses.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing operations in a capital equipment or equipment rental company.

Salary Range: 5.00 to 7.00 Lacs per annum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
