Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager Location: MG Road, Ernakulam Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Efficiency: - Streamline processes and implement efficient systems to ensure smooth operations. - Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity. 2. Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer support. 3. Team Support: - Provide operational support to teams, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 4. Data Management: - Manage and analyze operational data to inform business decisions. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity. 5. Vendor Management: - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services. Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Nice to Have: - Experience in the EdTech industry or similar sector. - Knowledge of project management tools and software. - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
