Job Description

  1. Operation(s)

    Close coordination with all Clients (NAPS / NATS / WILP /TISS ++++)
  • Maintaining good rappo with the client.
  • Close liaisons with all

    Recruiters.

    Communications at regular frequency with Coordinators / HRs / BAs.
  1. Regular Communications with all coordinators and client HRs (Monthly report from Coordinator & HR) and their analysis and internal coordination for compliance.
  2. Support to :
  • Payroll: for timely attendance + Invoice preparation and obtaining acknowledgements from clients.
  • Finance team for : Payment Recovery as per Dues
  • Training : for arranging Training
  • NAPS / NATS: Obtaining documents for timely registration.
  • Doing joining of the candidates NAPS, NATS, and WILP.
  • Ensure to share the monthly stipend sheets on time to payroll and NAPS compliance team.


  1. New Client (& Cities) Setup and monitoring
  • Connecting all agencies / people and ensure timely implementation.
  • Getting requirements of the clients.
  • To acquire new clients of the assigned domain.
  • Registrations & Companies.
