Job Summary:

Café Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Compliance Management

• Develop and document 

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

   for:

Opening & closing routines.

Cleaning schedules.

Service and maintenance protocols.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Menu & Billing Management

• Keep the menu updated in 

  billing software and offline formats

  .
• Implement price adjustments and ensure accuracy in listings.\

Staff Management & HR Duties

• Supervise daily staff operations to maintain service standards.
• Handle 

  hiring

  , post job listings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Monitor 

  attendance data

   for salary processing.
• Train and guide staff to enhance performance and efficiency.

Operational Oversight & Problem-Solving

• Monitor daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational 

  pain points

   and propose solutions.
• Oversee 

  food quality control

   and customer service standards.

Documentation & Compliance

• Digitize and manage paperwork for café operations.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety and business regulations.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for inventory tracking.
• Negotiate with vendors, place orders, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Find and source new products as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in 

  Excel, documentation, and basic accounting

  .
• Prior experience in 

  operations, management, or hospitality

   is a plus but not mandatory.
