About the Role We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who understands coffee beyond brewing. You should be passionate about specialty coffee , eager to experiment with flavors, and dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality beverages. Key Responsibilities Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision Grinding, brewing, and extracting espresso to perfection Steaming milk for different textures and latte art Understanding and recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods Engaging with customers, explaining coffee origins, and enhancing their coffee experience Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality control What We’re Looking For Passion for coffee & specialty coffee Experience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods is a plus Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence A friendly and energetic attitude with great customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow with our team Why Join Us?
