Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality beverages according to customer preferences using various brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, and cold brew.
  
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to produce optimal coffee flavor and texture.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to health and safety standards.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving drinks promptly.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of food items.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience as a barista or beverage maker in a caf setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing techniques.
  
• Ability to operate various types of espresso machines (e.g., manual vs. automatic) and grinders.
  
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  
• Familiarity with inventory management software for tracking stock levels.
