Maintain and organize stock for daily restaurant operations. Receive deliveries, verify items against invoices and delivery challans. Record and update inventory levels regularly. Monitor stock usage and raise purchase requests when required. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) of all items. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Transaction Handling: Process customer payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Table Maintenance: Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized, and organized dining tables, including setting and clearing. Customer Care: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations. Side Work: Perform various tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and preparing the service area for daily operations.
