Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Barista at Crimson Cup in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, training and mentoring junior baristas, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include managing inventory, assisting with food preparation, and creating a welcoming, artistic ambiance for guests.
