Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Ahmedabad. The Head Chef will manage daily kitchen operations, develop recipes, and design menus to maintain high food quality and consistency. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food orders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.. The role also requires maintaining cost control.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recipe development.
• Basic experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Ability to maintain cost control
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative and innovative in developing new dishes and enhancing menus
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
