Roles and Responsibilities Prepare high-quality beverages according to customer preferences using various brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, and cold brew. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to produce optimal coffee flavor and texture. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving drinks promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of food items. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience as a barista or beverage maker in a caf setting. Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing techniques. Ability to operate various types of espresso machines (e.g., manual vs. automatic) and grinders. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with inventory management software for tracking stock levels.
