Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Operations Manager

with strong communication skills and hands-on experience across

sales, production, and logistics

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating across departments for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across

    sales, production, and logistics

    .
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing, planning, and timely execution.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure workflow efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring proper transportation, tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports related to operations, production, dispatch, and inventory.
  • Manage vendor coordination related to production materials, logistics, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Support management in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Train and guide team members to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Handle escalations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience

    in operations, preferably with exposure to sales coordination, production planning, and logistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, production workflow, and dispatch management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/operations tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidate must be

    based in Hyderabad

    or willing to relocate.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical, LED lighting, or similar industries.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle cross-functional operations smoothly.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
