Role & Responsibilities:

4+ years of experience in
Personal Care / Beauty Care
products.
Strong expertise in
Production
,
TPM, TQM
,
Operational Excellence
and P
rocess

Improvement.
Must have hands-on experience in
Bottling & Packaging Machines.
Proven experience in end to end manufacturing and plant operations.
Working knowledge of
Lean Six Sigma
tools such as Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, VMI, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Overall 9+ years of
lean manufacturing experience
in food, drug, or regulated fields.
Experience managing large teams, preferably within the
FMCG (Personal Care)
sector.
