Fertilizer Bottling Plant Supervisor To lead and manage bottling operations for fertilizer products, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards while optimizing manpower and equipment utilization. Role & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day bottling, weighing, sealing, and labeling of fertilizer products Ensure adherence to production schedules and packaging specifications Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs Maintain inventory of packaging materials (bags, bottles, labels, etc.) Ensure compliance with FCO, Safety Standards, etc. during operations Train and guide operators on machinery use, hygiene, and safety protocols Maintain shift-wise production logs, downtime records, and quality checklists Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth material flow Implement 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor Support audits and inspections by internal and external agencies Preferred candidate profile: 3 to 5 years of experience in fertilizer / agrochemical / chemical packaging operations Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setup is preferred

We are hiring for the role of Production Supervisor Job Description / Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day bottling, weighing, sealing, and labelling of fertilizer products. Ensure adherence to production schedules and packaging specifications. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow. Implement 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and quality certifications. Desired Candidate Profile: Prior experience in a chemical/fertilizer plant bottling or packaging operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and safety protocols. Ability to manage shift teams and ensure production targets are met. Hands-on experience with plant documentation and compliance is a plus. Good communication skills and team management abilities.

Role & responsibilities Replenish inventory of LPG bottling consumables. Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure that the indents are serviced in packed segment. Ensure proper daily line ups for both bottling & bulk operations Updation of CMMS and Optimus as per agreed timeline. Carrying out daily tool box talk for Workers before start of the operations. Tier 2 Safe to Load inspections of both bulk & packed trucks Complete responsibility of productivity of the Bottling operations and MT packed per Man-hour. Vehicle turnaround time of the packed segment to be as per the agreed KPIS. Planning of workmen activity for production, bulk loading and other activities as per the demand. To ensure 100% of the indents are executed on a daily basis for the bottling segment (On Time & Full) Co-ordination with OIC-Logistics for the vehicle availability. 100% reporting of Incident / Accident in the prescribed format To meet the Carrousel Output of 500 cylinders/Hour.. Overall responsibility of the segregation and storage of cylinders. Control of consumables in Bottling and ensuring of the KPIS to be met with regards to consumables usage. Overall responsibility of up keep of machinery and reduction in down times during production runs and to ensure that preventive maintenance schedule is adhered to. Implementation of technical integrity at plant and inspection of safety critical barriers as per schedule Issuing of work permits, conducting safety green lights , Preparation of Prevention plan/MOC/HIRA along with HSE Conducting Tool box talk/Training before starting the project work. Managing the stores inventory with proper document for material movements Carrying out the projects preparation, BOQ , vendor selection, coordination with HSEQ for contractors training, etc. Co-ordination with Maintenance Executive to ensure that the down time of the bottling machinery is minimized and the problems with regards to the equipment are addressed. Understanding of Total’s Golden Safety Rules, Implementation of the same and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same Implementation of MAESTRO at plant. Display of “Total Attitude” in day to day working and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same.
