Role & responsibilities

• Planning the secondary supplies from Bangalore and Hyderabad
• Preparation of documents related to SMT audits and manage the follow up action plans.
• Participate in internal/external audits and manage the follow up action plans.
• Collecting and sharing plant closing stock details.
• Preparing Sales-Stock report on daily basis and Operations KPI report on weekly basis
• Process PO for transportation and transport related vendors.
• Preparing driver incentive data by using violations and attendance of the drivers and follow up with the transporters for payment

confirmation.

• Use tools like OBC portal, AnGel, Transporter/Driver Management module & apps and JRM for transport safety management.
• Tracking deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and adherence of JRM and operational Invariants.
• Conducting quarterly meetings with transporters and tracking transporter performance.
• Maintaining master records of tank trucks and distance in SAP.
• Follow up on payment and resolve issues related to transport vendors, clearing pending payments.
• Tracking Stock Inventory for tanker fitments.
• Detention calculation and validation.
• Handling night shift activities on a need basis.

Context:

• Close monitoring of inventories at bottling plants to ensure NO stock out situation maintain optimum stock at plants to ensure

timely supply of product.

• On a daily basis, organization of trips / supplies must balance plant requirement and cost optimization.
• Local regulation and PATROM requirements shall be always respected.
• Decisions made by dispatch can have significant consequences in terms of safety, security, client satisfaction and costs
• Extensive coordination between different players like suppliers, customers, plants, drivers, transporters, etc.,
• Constantly changing market environment
