Role & responsibilities

Logistics Executive

Manage
inward and outward logistics
operations efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate
domestic and international transportation
via
road, shipping, and airways
.
Plan and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Liaise with transporters, shipping agents, and freight forwarders for smooth operations.
Maintain and update
inventory records
, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
Prepare and analyze reports using
Advanced Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reports, etc.).
Handle documentation related to import/export shipments (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
Track shipments and address any delays or discrepancies promptly.
Support the logistics team in continuous process improvement and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce
(or equivalent).
2–5 years
of experience in logistics operations.
Knowledge of
transportation management
(road, air, and sea).
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
.
Strong understanding of
inventory management principles
.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
