Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic Operations Intern to oversee and coordinate the logistics, procurement & inventory functions. The ideal candidate will ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively to meet company goals and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor delivery schedules.
• Optimize logistics operations to reduce lead time and transportation costs.

2. Procurement:

• Source reliable suppliers for raw materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement in line with production schedules and budget constraints.

3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Implement best practices to minimize inventory holding costs and wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
