Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Intern. The Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations including project management, handling tenant maintenance requests, assisting with rental income management such as rent collection and lease renewals, and providing client support through on-time reporting and communication. The role may also involve coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and participating in property resale and investment advisory activities.
