Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams.

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
