Duration of internship: 3 - 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and remind students about upcoming sessions, encouraging timely attendance.
• Welcome new customers with a friendly introduction, sharing essential details.
• Communicate with both Indian and international customers, addressing questions and collecting information.
• Track and report attendance data, flagging frequent absenteeism.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work day shifts.
• Comfortable using CRM tools; ready to work from the office.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
