Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, your primary work profile on a general level will involve Generalist Roles, which include but are not limited to managing Key Customer-Accounts, Invoicing, Workflow Management, Working on Internal Company Softwares, On-Field Operations, Project Handover Meetings with Customers, Co-Ordinating with other Teams, Real-World Research, etc and basically making sure the organizational goals are working in perfect alignment. Specific Work Description: a) Project Management & Handover b) Working on Internal Company Softwares c) Customer Success  d) Customer Troubleshooting e) Market Research f) Maintaining business relationships with various stakeholders including the Founders, Sales Team, etc. Bare Minimum Skillsets required: Confidence Project Management Customer-Relationship management MS Office Email Writing Documents Creation & Data Entry Research Oriented person What does this job bring to the table for you?
