Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  daily operational tasks

  such as client coordination, property listings, and documentation.
• Support

  project and site management activities

  with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain

  property and client databases

  and ensure all data is up to date.
• Help organize

  client meetings, site visits, and operational schedules.

• Coordinate between departments (sales, marketing, and admin) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Prepare basic reports and assist in backend follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a

  Bachelor’s degree

  (Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field).
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic proficiency in

  MS Office / Google Sheets

  .
• Interest in

  real estate, operations, or client servicing

  is a plus.
