Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Operation Intern to support the day-to-day operational activities of our admissions team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in education operations, student enrollment processes, and CRM/data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling incoming queries and coordinating with prospective students.
Support the documentation and data entry process for student applications.
Help manage and update records in CRM or admissions databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of admission-related tasks.
Follow up with students regarding document submissions, form completions, and admission status.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of student information.
Support in reporting and tracking daily admission metrics.
