Operations Head

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Operations to join our Dynamic Team. Head Operations will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisors by providing administrative and operational support. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:     Assist financial advisors with client onboarding, including document preparation and compliance checks.     Maintain and update client records and databases.     Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials. Client Interaction:     Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments.     Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.     Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or information. Sales Support:     Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.     Track and manage sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system.     Support financial advisors in preparing for client meetings, including research and data collection. Operational Support:     Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.     Monitor and follow up on pending client requests and transactions.     Assist with the preparation of compliance documentation and reports. Communication:     Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on account status and transactions.     Assist in drafting and sending client communications, including newsletters and updates.
