Job Description

Requirements:Male/Female

Skills:Lead and supervise all clinical & non-clinical operations across the hospital including administration.
Monitor and improve patient flow, admission-discharge-transfer processes, and overall service delivery standards.
Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.) and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure operational support aligns with patient care needs.
Design and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Review and analyze MIS reports to monitor KPIs such as turnaround times, occupancy, average length of stay, etc.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of Operations Managers, Executives, and Supervisors.

Qualification:Master’s Degree (MHA, MBA in Healthcare or Operations preferred)

Experience:10–15+ years of progressive experience in hospital operations
