Role Description This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor for Interior Fit-Out Projects located on-site in Sonipat. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Duties include coordinating with subcontractors and workers, monitoring project progress, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing any issues that arise during construction. The role requires maintaining regular communication with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. Qualifications Experience in site supervision and interior fit-out project management Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and quality control Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in interior deaigning, Construction Management, or related field is preferred Previous experience in healthcare or hospital projects is a plus point Show more Show less
