Job Summary:

Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business operations strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, logistics, production, customer support, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
• Optimize workflows and ensure timely project and process delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with operational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor operations staff.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar senior role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and ERP systems.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Operations Management / Engineering; MBA preferred.
