Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, multi functional operator who can take ownership across hiring, operations, client coordination, and business growth.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working closely with founders, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, growth driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring and HR Support

  • Manage end to end hiring activities
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and tracking sheets
  • Support onboarding and internal documentation

Operations and Execution

  • Build SOPs, trackers, and internal workflows
  • Handle daily follow ups, coordination, and reporting
  • Support founders in planning and execution

Client Coordination

  • Act as a communication point between clients and internal teams
  • Share updates, feedback, and delivery status

Accounts and Reporting

  • Maintain basic operational and expense reports
  • Support invoicing, follow ups, and MIS

Business Development Support

  • Assist with outreach, research, and presentations
  • Support proposal and deck preparation

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, hiring, administration, client service, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Fast learner, proactive attitude, and organised working style
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRMs, Google Sheets and Excel
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work closely with founders
  • Interest in startups, technology, and business operations
  • Tech background or comfort with tools is preferred
