Job Title: Operations Executive (Warehouse/Production) Company: Dough One Sources Pvt Ltd Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time / Internship Shift: 12-Hour Shift [8 AM - 8 PM] Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives 📋 Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Operations Executive to join our team in Bikaner. This role is ideal for a graduate or MBA with a strong interest in Warehouse Management, Production, and Logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining critical operational data, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring accurate documentation during your shift. ✅ Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & MIS Reporting: ● Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports using MS Excel. ● Create basic dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to track production and warehouse metrics. ● Ensure 100% data accuracy in all reports submitted to management. 2. Documentation & Compliance: ● Handle all documentation related to Warehouse, Production, and Logistics operations. ● Maintain registers, dispatch slips, and inventory records systematically. ● Ensure all digital and physical records are audit-ready at all times. 3. Operational Support: ● Monitor workflow in the warehouse/production unit during the assigned 12-hour shift. ● Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and deliveries. ● Identify operational bottlenecks and report them to the branch manager. 🎓 Requirements & Qualifications ● Education: Graduated in any stream is mandatory. ● Preferred Qualification: MBA or a similar degree in Operations/Supply Chain is a strong plus. ● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required. ○ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus. ● Interest: Must have a genuine interest in working in Warehouse, Production, or Logistics sectors. ● Availability: Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule. ● Location: Candidate must be based in Bikaner. 💼 What We Offer ● Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives. ● Hands-on experience in supply chain analytics and operations. ● Opportunity to grow with a new and fast-paced consultancy.
