Job Description
Looking for Operation Executives to support day-to-day travel operations, handle bookings, documentation, and coordinate with clients & vendors for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of travel agency operations.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to assist in bookings, client queries & vendor follow-ups.
- Knowledge of international (Asian countries) and domestic destinations.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel) preferred.
- Freshers with interest in travel industry can apply.
Role
- Support day-to-day travel operations within the agency.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations & booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors & service providers.
- Manage documentation, client follow-ups & booking records.
- Ensure smooth execution of domestic & international travel services.
