Operations Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions to ensure a positive work environment and support the growth of our employees. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and HR operations support. Your role will contribute significantly to shaping a productive work environment in line with our company culture and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and job requirements. - Post job advertisements, manage candidate databases, and schedule interviews. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. - Conduct feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction. - Support internal communication efforts for a collaborative culture. - Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and maintain learning records. - Assist in maintaining HR documentation, manage onboarding and exit processes, and support performance appraisals. - Uphold HR policies and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement. - Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, BCom, or related field (MBA, MCom in HR preferred). - Good understanding of HR practices and excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Ability to multitask effectively and strong verbal and written communication skills.
