Maintain HR policies. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement. BBA, BCA, BCom, or related field (MBA, MCom in HR preferred). Good understanding of HR practices. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Must be well versed with MS office and HR software/tools Must be able to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
