Project Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project-Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects which involve trainings and audits across multiple locations around the country.
Responsibilities:
Project Co-ordination Talking to the clients to get the requirements Preparing an execution plan for completing the tasks Working with the stakeholders to get the tasks completed Collecting and consolidating the task completion reports and organizing them for easy access Ensuring that the tasks are completed on time Ensuring all the the payout happens for all the contract resources. Data Management Maintain a list of resources that are key for project execution. On-boarding new contract resources as per the policies Creating consolidated dashboards and reports of the work Run basic analytics on the data Create visual representations for management reviews Team Support Help the team with setting up their own trackers and dashboards Be the tools champion of the team and drive efficiency in the team through processes and automation using technologies like co-pilot. Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in project co-ordination/management. Bachelor's degree in any stream (science preferred) or masters in related field (MBA, MCom, MA). Excellent at working with MS Office, specifically xl and powerpoint Must understand JIRA for project management Must be able to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
