Operations Executive

Job Summary:We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented** Operations Executive to manage core operational activities like email/WhatsApp queries, KYC verification, event management, and lead generation. The role requires a quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset who can contribute to efficient workflow and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:📩 Communication Handling – Manage and respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp in a professional manner. 🧾 KYC Process Execution – Review and verify KYC documents for accuracy and compliance. 📅 Event Page Creation & Updates – Create new event listings and update event pages as per team or client inputs. 🎯 Lead Generation Support – Collect and maintain lead data from online platforms and ensure timely sharing with the relevant teams. 🧑‍💻 Data Management & Reporting – Maintain up-to-date logs for KYC status, queries handled, lead flow, and event progress. 🤝 Team & Admin Support – Support the operations team with miscellaneous backend and support tasks. Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/IT/Management preferred). 0–2 years of experience in operations, admin, or support. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Marathi preferred). Hands-on with basic tools: Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc. Familiarity with KYC and lead generation is an advantage. Immediate availability to join. Salary:💼 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
