Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities in our production unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of the production unit to ensure timely and efficient output
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and tools
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth workflow and task allocation
• Maintain records of production schedules, material usage, and staff attendance
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support senior management in implementing operational policies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or operations role
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) preferred
