Job Title: Back Office Executive Candidate Location: Hadapsar Area Only Company: PRIC Technology Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Job Description: PRIC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. This role involves backend operational support, data handling, and customer interaction management to ensure smooth functioning of our tech platform. Key Responsibilities: Handle creator and buyer queries across all active platforms Create and manage events, sessions, and courses on the company platform Lead hunting and onboarding for platform growth Check and confirm payments through backend systems Analyze churn data and generate performance reports Conduct weekly feedback and reference calls to past clients Data entry and system updates as per operational needs Required Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic understanding of digital platforms and content systems Comfortable using web dashboards and tracking tools Good grasp of Excel or similar data tools is a plus Mandatory Pre-Interview Requirement: All applicants are required to analyze our company’s product and features before attending the interview.
