Role & responsibilities FBA Operations: Track and manage dispatches for 2PM and 4PM CPT daily. Coordinate picklists, scanning, labelling, and invoice generation. Cross-verify physical goods and ensure correct FNSKU labelling. Monitor packaging quality to minimize damages. Capture and share screenshots in QWDP group before CPTs. Coordinate with ATS inbound team and SellerFlex representatives. Courier & Return Order Management: Handle courier invoice shorting, label matching, and physical dispatches. Prioritize urgent shipments and ensure packing guidelines are followed. Manage return orders (RO) including OTP verification, damage reporting, repacking, and Appsheet scanning. Maintain records of repaired and unusable products and coordinate with appropriate teams. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily FBA dispatch and inbound reports. Update shipment details in Ship Register and desktop shipping log. Generate and email daily consolidated reports by 4:30 PM. Ensure completion of end-of-day reporting on WhatsApp (QWDP, RO, Inbound, OOS). Maintain monthly reports for attendance, stationary, RO, low stock, and others. Support & Coordination: Support inventory updates, OOS alerts, and low stock tracking. Coordinate with HO for stock adjustments, product changes, or IT support. Ensure timely handover of RO copies, courier dockets, and physical inventory checks. Escalate disputes or unusual issues to management Preferred candidate profile Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Familiarity with FBA processes, shipping, and courier operations.
