Job Title: Sales Executive - Automobile

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and highly experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or pre-owned vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive sales process and a proven track record of success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and financial products.
Customer Relationship Management: Proactively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, features, optional equipment, and competing models. Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
Sales Process Execution: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and test drive to financing options and vehicle delivery.
Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, etc.).
Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete all necessary sales paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of local market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Magarpatta and Kharadi areas.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales manager, finance department, service team, and other colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of [Specify Number, e.g., 2-4] years of proven, successful sales experience specifically within the automobile industry (new or pre-owned vehicles).
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Driving License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi (Hindi is a plus).
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.
Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Magarpatta and Kharadi areas of Pune and understanding of the local customer base is an advantage.
