Maintenance Assistant / Installer

We are hiring a young, energetic male (age ≤ 25) to assist in property maintenance. Candidate should have: Diploma/ITI (Mechanical/Electrical) or 12th pass + training/experience in mechanical or electrical work. Familiarity with tools (drill, saw, router, etc.) and basic electrical & handyman work. Willingness to learn and grow into a wide range of responsibilities. Lives nearby, with a bicycle or bike (or willingness to arrange one). 🔧 Key Responsibilities: General Maintenance: Perform tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, painting, and maintaining grounds. Routine Inspections: Regularly check facilities, equipment, and systems for potential issues. Assisting with Repairs: Support technicians or contractors with more complex repair work. Cleaning & Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities and equipment. Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance tools, supplies, and materials. Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines during work. Communication: Address maintenance needs of residents, clients, or colleagues politely and clearly. Documentation: Maintain simple records of maintenance activities and repairs. 🧰 Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
