Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Operations Executive Intern, located in Dehradun. The responsibilities include supporting daily operational tasks to ensure business processes run smoothly, assisting in the coordination and management of resources and schedules, and communicating effectively within the team. The intern will also engage in project planning, maintain accurate records, provide administrative support, and work collaboratively to identify areas for process improvements.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of operations processes and project management tools
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is highly desired
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or technology industries is a plus
