Operations Executive Intern

As an Operations Executive Intern at Event Casters, you will play a vital role in supporting the core operations team in planning, executing, and managing various events. Your responsibilities will include assisting in event planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, managing event inventories, logistics, and on-ground operations, supporting client servicing, preparing documentation, schedules, and reports, contributing to brainstorming and creative planning sessions, and ensuring smooth execution during live events as a point of contact.
