About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline our e-commerce operations in Kolkata. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or backend coordination, particularly in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including:
• Order processing and fulfilment
• Inventory tracking and updates
• Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Maintain operational accuracy using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and order management tools.
• Monitor shipping dashboards and proactively resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Prepare and share regular reports on:
• Order status
• Inventory levels
• Operational performance metrics
• Maintain backend documentation and operational records with high accuracy and timeliness.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or back-office coordination, preferably in an e-commerce setup.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic order tracking or ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership-driven attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling jewellery, gemstones, or luxury products in an e-commerce environment.
• Exposure to platforms/tools such as Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, eShipz, GoKwik, or similar dashboards.
• Experience coordinating with courier/logistics partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
