About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office and operational activities

- Coordinate with internal teams for product-related tasks (hardware movement, documentation, coordination, troubleshooting support)

- Handle inventory, vendors, logistics, and basic admin work

- Maintain trackers and ensure timely task completion

- Improve operational processes and ensure smooth execution across teams

- Provide support to sales, technical, and customer teams as required

Skills Needed:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Good communication & coordination skills

- Basic operational knowledge (training will be provided)

- Problem-solving attitude, discipline, and ownership

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Ideal Candidate: Someone dependable, proactive, structured, and able to handle operations independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities

- Coordinate with internal teams for product workflows (hardware handling, documentation, tracking)

- Handle inventory, logistics, vendor follow-ups, and basic admin responsibilities

- Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely task completion

- Support sales, technical and customer teams for seamless project execution

- Identify and implement improvements in operational processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

- 6 months–1 year of operations experience preferred

- OR Master’s in Operations (freshers welcome)

- Strong communication & coordination skills

- Good organizational skills and a sense of ownership

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
