About ASB

ASB’s operations team ensures smooth execution of training programs and student journeys. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training schedules, batch coordination, and faculty alignment
  • Handle student onboarding, documentation, and LMS access
  • Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and marketing teams
  • Track operational KPIs and process improvements
  • Ensure smooth execution of webinars, workshops, and bootcamps
  • Maintain operational reports and databases


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in edtech or training operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
