You will be handling vendor coordination, procurement, and service management as needed, while supporting the management in preparing performance reports and MIS. Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards is crucial, along with identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles is preferred, although freshers with strong organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.
