Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate load updates between truck drivers and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Track shipments, monitor routes, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Update load status accurately in internal systems and tools.
Assist the dispatch team with routing, scheduling, and handling delays or exceptions.
Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding shipment status.
Maintain proper operational records and documentation as per internal guidelines.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Basic understanding of US map and geography.
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work in
night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the US trucking & logistics domain.
