Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive (2 Openings) Company: Dough One Sources Pvt Ltd Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time (Day Shift) Experience: Freshers / 0-1 Year Experience About the Role Dough One Sources Pvt Ltd is looking for two detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executives to join our operations team in Bikaner. In this role, you will be the guardian of our stock, ensuring that every item entering or leaving our warehouse is accurately accounted for. Inventory Management & Control: Monitor and track daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Ensure the physical stock matches the system records (ERP or Excel) at all times. Maintain "Minimum Stock Levels" and alert the procurement team when re-ordering is needed to avoid shortages. 2. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate Inward and Outward Registers for all material movement. Generate and file Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Dispatch Slips. Update the daily inventory tracker in MS Excel without errors. 3. Stock Audits & Verification: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock verification audits. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and book stock immediately. Ensure the warehouse storage area is organized, labeled, and accessible. 4. Coordination: Coordinate with the Production team to issue raw materials as per their daily requirements. Work with the Logistics team to ensure finished goods are ready for dispatch on time. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, or BA preferred). Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Previous internship experience in a warehouse is a plus. Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel (entering data, basic formulas, sorting/filtering).
