Sales Executive Home and Kitchen Appliances

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Entry-Level Sales Executive, focused on kitchen appliances. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow with the start-up company and build your sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engagement with Channel partners and acquiring Distributors and Dealers for new launch products:

  Identifying potential channel partners for small kitchen appliances (Nutri Blender, Kettle and Egg Boilers and many more products in pipeline)

• Customer Assistance:

  Assist customers in selecting and purchasing kitchen appliances, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Product Knowledge:

  Develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and pricing.

• Demonstration:

  Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, showcasing how our appliances solve their needs.

• Sales Process:

  Process customer orders, manage payments, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong customer relationships.

• Sales Targets:

  Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

• Product Updates:

  Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.

• Follow Procedures:

  Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Basic computer skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Age preference below 30 years with mobility
