Role Overview:

Hub In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hub & Dark Store Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce hub/dark store.
  
• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  
• Maintain SLA compliance for order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
  

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels, product availability, shrinkage control, and cycle counts.
  
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
  
• Coordinate with the central warehouse for replenishment and stock planning.
  

3. Team Management

• Supervise delivery executives, pickers, packers, and hub staff.
  
• Prepare shift schedules, attendance, and daily productivity reports.
  
• Train team members for operational efficiency and discipline.
  

4. Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Ensure timely dispatch of orders and coordination with delivery partners.
  
• Track delivery performance, reduce cancellations and returns, and improve routing.
  
• Resolve delivery escalations and customer-impact issues swiftly.
  

5. Compliance & Store Upkeep

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
  
• Maintain hub infrastructure, equipment, and overall store readiness.
  

6. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share with management.
  
• Track KPIs: order fulfilment, delays, stock variance, shrinkage, manpower productivity, etc.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in

  e-commerce dark store operations / warehouse / last-mile management

  .
• Mandatory experience in

  hub operations, inventory control, team handling

  .
• Good knowledge of e-commerce operational metrics and process flow.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage manpower and high-pressure situations.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP apps, dashboards).
